No problem with a good steel or stone in the kitchen. I got a Number 022, a small Chinese style chef's knife, a small, thin and light cleaver that's perfect for processing ingredients for stir frying. Great for moving ingredients from the board to a bowl, pot or pan once you've chopped them too.
