This did not come with a cd-rom to install on 3 pc's/laptops. Instead you have to go to the website and enter the code. And it's installed. But since I installed it on my laptop, my laptop keeps going back to the opening screen and I have to keep logging on. I've used various anti-virus software. But this on is a joke.😡 I regret buying it. Wasting time and money, for what. This mess. Now I have to buy another software. But it won't be this brand.

Worked for over an hour trying to install. Was hard to find a customer service no. When I found it and called the tech. He got me up and running in 2 min. Seems if you have it already on your computer, you don't remove it, just update it with the new key. Have used this program for 3 yrs. and it seems to work very well. I'm satisfied.
