      The item itself was great was supposed to be here for Christmas as was a gift it arrived finally on the 3rd January after a few messages to the seller asking where it was, not so helpful person on other end of messaging it sat in Melbourne all the time. As far as tracking goes why bother! It never moved off sent. Until the day before I got it. Someone is not doing their job so the grandies missed out for Christmas Day. Thanks a lot NOT

      We are sorry your order did not arrive in time for Christmas, unfortunately transit delays at peak periods are not uncommon and are outside of our control. Tracking scans occur at each depot along the route and at delivery if it showed as held up in Melbourne this indicates that there was a backlog in that depot. I do apologize there is really noting we can do to remove backlogs with carriers or speed up transit times. Our recommendation is to place the order earlier to avoid disappointment.
