Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Coffee Grinders
By far the best coffee grinder I have ever owned for the price. We have had many years of great service from this grinder, replacing the cutting blades once in eight years. Our last one died after ten years of service ( the base that holds the cutting blade snapped off ) but to be fair, my wife and I were grinding two-three times a week. So if your thinking about getting one of these, go for it!

After a full decade my original A9 bit the dust and I tried rebuilding it with a cannibalized motor which only worked for two years. So when I gave up on it I found this one as a base for my globe and other parts and it works like my A9 did 12 years ago. If you can find of these, they are great for serious coffee drinkers.

This is a very noticeable item on my counter so family/friends want one. Therefore, I have purchased 6 of them as gifts. NEVER use flavored coffee beans. Before I load another pound or so, I run about a half of a cup with minute rice until the rice comes out white, although my niece uses regular rice with no problem. Keep it brushed clean and you will have years of compliments. You will find a grind setting best for your coffee maker. I fill K-cups, percolator and drip coffee makers. There is a web site to download the KitchenAid A-9 user manual. Urge you to read it if you purchase without one.

It's a repop of the first electric coffee grinder for home use from the 1930's. 200 watt motor, holds 1lb of coffee. Looks great. If you remove the dial stop screw in the back and sharpen the blades with 400 grit sandpaper you can grind fine for espresso.
