The number 1 feature that appealed to me about this headset was the length of time the charge would last. I like to listen to audio books and music during the day while my husband is off playing golf. I never run out of charge, even when I listen into the evening. Plus with the text to talk feature, when a text message comes to my phone, it is spoken in the headset. I don't need to go pick up the phone to see the message! Seems lazy, but it really is convenient when I am holding my baby granddaughter. And I certainly don't want to omit mentioning the sound quality. The tiny speakers are awesome! Excellent quality. The full range of sounds come through with no buzz. They make listening enjoyable, whether the spoken word or music. I am so glad I discovered these.

Buttons are clunky and stick into your neck. Audio quality is bass-heavy and there's no option to adjust or change the EQ of the sound. Power button is on the inside of the headset and thus is squashed up against your neck making it difficult to turn on and off the headset while wearing. Bluetooth connection disconnects (for no reason) while still in the same "session" with the device you've been using it for hours. I've had the LG Tone Ultra in the past and never had these problems. Engineering didn't design this headset well. It is rigid and uncomfortable and the buttons are stiff and not intuitive. Then after just about 6 weeks of use now, the automatic recoil feature on the left earphone stopped working and locked up. I will need to return now!

Unfortunately, I lost my first set of these headphones so I had to buy a second. I've had many different Bluetooth headsets but this model is absolutely the best of all of them. The microphone is fantastic and all my words can be heard and not cut off as with some other brands/models. The earpieces are comfortable. I've had them in (using them) for more than 3hrs straight a couple times. I have yet to exceed the battery life in one day of use. This particular LG headset has one last feature that I've tested between the two sets for over a year now. That feature is the ear bud retractors. Pressing the buttons on either side of the headset automatically retract the buds back into the headset. They work every time without jams. I did get a lesser quality version and the buds didn't extend or retract without issues within a month. BEST BLUETOOTH EVERRead full review

Worse headset that I own. Not well designed, slips off of my neck, plus on incoming calls, it automatically answers the call. Looked for a way to turn that feature off but to no avail. Positive note, my music sounds great when I listen to it and that was why I gave it one star, otherwise it'll been zero stars.

I absolutely love my LG Tone Infinim headphones. Pros: Harmon Kardon speakers with bass boost (3 equalizer settings). The retractable ear buds are sleek and convenient. I can use this not only for a jam session, but for easy hands free calling as well. I don't even have to dial from my phone. I can press the call button and tell my headphones to call a name in my contacts. After a while you won't even remember you have them on as they are not bulky and are lightweight. Battery is excellent as well. I can go over a week without charge. I don't leave home without them. Cons: In my experience the left side goes in an out at times. I was able to purchase a replacement part as I was out of warranty at that time. But, if you are within the year warranty and you experience this you can take your receipt to the location of purchase and swap out for a new one. Read full review
