Asked to change design so I agreed, then got multiple messages asking the same question…. This happened 3 times but they said this was a mistake, finally got the product almost 2 weeks after stated delivery date and the wrong product arrived…. Requested refund and they offered half back, I accepted as these were boxers rather than briefs and can still be used but awful service and won’t use again!
