Vol 4 has the same flat production as Be My God, Crucify's predecessor. It has none of the energy or vibrancy of CMH. This might be because V4 is not a co-production. Lyrically, the songs seem half-done, musically, it has no depth. I think the band may have been trying to toughen their sound/image, or the producer got overactive in the process. Overall, it sounds rushed and incomplete. Tanja's vocals are the best thing about V4, but I think her performance on CMH is better. The final track on V4 says it all...ZERO.
