The Kuru Toga's ability to rotate the lead is next-level, keeping you drawing longer without pause to reangle the pencil. The knurled grip is comfortable and reassuringly frictional, the only problem is they never made other sizes! Absolutely recommended to any artist or draftsperson.

Probably one of the best mechanical pencils I have used. I have never encountered the issue of snapping leads the pencil is well constructed and doesn't weigh much so little hand fatigue experienced.

It feels really good in terms of handling. Because of the metallic body, it has some weight which is just perfect for me. The lead rotation mechanics is pretty good for writing; the thickness of the strokes is a bit more consistent. But it's not designed for sketching at all. I can't shade very well with it.

Light but sturdy, the little window at the bottom confirms that the lead is indeed rotating as you write, hence, the tip is always sharp. There is no inbuilt eraser, but that's the only minus.
