Pros: Screen is high res can see images clearly. Built in battery is great as makes it portable. Can be plugged into computer and viewed as webcam. can time stamp images, record video and take photos. Can alter LED brightness. Les appears to be well protected. Reasonably sturdy base and aluminium. Very clear can see fine details such as grooves on a blade of grass or individual pollen on a small flower. Purchased for Circuit work which is what its really good for. Cons: Even though video is recorded in 1080P quality is quite bad when viewing from SDcard it appears to be 640x480 res blown up to 1080P so makes the image quite blocky. USB is also 640x480. Focus button on front of screen doesnt appear to be that great of quality, seems the gear its attached to skips and sometimes its hard to get in focus. Im not convinced the screen is oled it appears to be a backlit LCD. Overall, this is great for a range of things from viewing bugs, flowers etc to doing fine electronic circuit work. The screen is bright and clear. But you will be disapointed if want to use it to take photos of the things you are looking at. Sample pictures bellow of leaf, coffee bean, and electric circuit. Picture quality is much better on the screen than what is stored on the SDCARD or through USB. But if using it for Electronics or teaching etc its perfect.Read full review
