Reached Kuwait in excellent condition. The guitar is really nice looking and plays wonderful. It feels great and it carries Martin's signature guitar build quality. Although small it's got a nice weight to it. It's an absolute joy to play plugged and normally. You'll have no problems with the fretting , super comfortable. Would Recommend to guitarists at every level , love it.

great size and feel - - sound is fine, and amplification works well - - wonderful for travel or just sitting around on the sofa, not having to break out the regular ones - I own 3 and they are all great.

This guitar is very well made; action is terrific; sound is excellent; very playable. Size is perfect for me after arthritis has made full-sized guitars too much of a stretch.

I owe a 1978 D-28. Bought this little guy to take anywhere. It's awesome. Of course, it is not a replacement for the D-28, but it's a nice baby guitar that I don't have to worry about it getting damaged. It plays great and sounds big for its size. I think this would be perfect for kids to learn on. I bought a new LX1E from Musicians friend, and sent it back since it did not have the built-in tuner. The electronics on this one is better than the current one being made by Martin. My guess, is that Martin has to keeps its cost down, so they now use a lesser expense Fischer pickup system. This purchase is exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely happy.

Great value in a new Martin. It seems the product was dropped and the face cracked badly. Since I have some carpentry skills I took a chance on it and was able to easily repair it. You can see the repair if you are llooking for it but it doesn't affect the sound of the insturment at all
