So easy to use, and crushes to a fine powder, only thing i would say is if you have physical issues with hand mobility you may struggle to get the desired effect of powdered tablets such as multi vitamins and harder coated tablets. This would be an issue with any tablet crusher not just this one. Overall a really good product no more spoons to crush them

It does not crush small or medium tablets - would be good for large tablets I reckon. I was needing it for my cat's pills, which are about the size of half a paracetamol tablet, but the crusher did not even touch the pill when I screwed it on.

I had one of these and after 2 years the centre piston gave way, I ordered 2 red ones of these that looked the same, but when the 2 units arrived, they crushed (with extreme difficulty) 4 Metformin Tablets and the threads collapsed. This unit works very well even on Metformin so buy with confidence. It does the job well.
