If you wanted a longer blade on your Mora...
...then here you go! This is simply the best value I know of for a knife of this length. Otherwise, it is like every other Mora I have handled. This knife certainly deserves all the praise it gets. For less than twenty dollars here is what you get: Superb steel with the best factory edge I have ever seen. A very secure sheath. An extremely comfortable and durable handle, well suited for folks with larger hands. It is extremely light for its utility and durability. Just check out You Tube to see demonstrations of how tough these little knives are. Their value is way beyond their cost. Best Value!
I have several of these, and, for the money, they can't be beat! Hold an edge, and are easily sharpened on a steel with just a few well placed licks. They're not stainless (Which I am glad), and they will stain/rust if you don't take care of them, but, that's what makes them work. This is a "using" knife. It's my main kitchen knife, and also will dress a deer with minimum stops to sharpen. As I said, I use a good steel sharpener. Typical Mora Knife - Exceptional Value
I have many Mora knives. All are great value. This one is no exception. It feels good in my hand and the knife is well balanced. It is carbon steel allowing a fine edge that is easy to sharpen. All my other Moras were razor blade sharp out of the box. This one took a few swipes on my strop and it is now razor sharp as well. Awesome blade at three times the price
This is at least my tenth Mora knife and I couldn't be happier!! You ask, why so many? I have passed them on to my son, son in;law, father in;law and others... everyone that's received one of the knives can't believe they are as inexpensive as they are.
