Karen Colleen Dodd or Callie is an educated, traveled, young woman that has been assaulted. She finds the man that she believes can cope with the idiosyncrasy that the assault has left her with. Roland Albert Kincaid or Rollie is an educated, in charge, country person with three personality quirks that upset people's lives, especially Callie's. She loves him. He loves her. They want a life together and they keep trying to bring things together in their lives. Callie moves to the little town of Redville and adjusts to the life of living with the group she names, Clan Tuffie. Clan Tuffie people love life, care for their people and their community and work. Their passions are their families, their community along with hunting, sports and their trucks. Callie endears herself to his family and the community by taking on a family business that is important to the people in the area. She keeps the business as a viable entity for her, her family and the residents of Redville.
Trina K. Taylor is a life long resident of Michigan. She lives in the Lansing area with her husband Jim and their three dogs, Bandit, Pepper, and Maxine. She received degrees in General Curriculum and Travel Agency and Airport Operations from Lansing Community College. Her interests have been working with community groups, Middle Eastern Dancing and the American Art Form of Percussive Dance
