We previously owned A Fisher & Paykel 8 KG Top load with front load application. Loved all the options on our previous F & P unit, it had so many options to choose from and I am really missing these on the new unit, also found I don't like having to put the powder in the agitator as opposed to a separate container on our original unit other than that, I am quite happy with the performance of the new unit.

Easy to use with great features
I've owned 3 Fisher & Paykel Washing Machines over the past 20 years and have been more than impressed. Not one of them has let me down - with the exception of age! This unit isn't quiet but that doesn't bother me. The spin cycle is the feature I like the best - clothes don't take long to dry once on the line.

Does the job but don’t like new changes
Don’t like the changes made to the machine over older versions. Lid needs to be down and locked when filling water. (I like to easily add clothes when filling). Have to stop and reset machine to change a program unlike previous models. Don’t know why companies fix things that aren’t broke!
