the chip arrived defective, i can not send it back because it is already soldered on the motherboard, i have expenses paying technician, solder and remove solder + send back, seller do not want to cooperate with partial refund.

Our listing clearly mentioned no return after used. We communicated with the buyer and agreed to make an exception to offer full refund once the item is returned. But the buyer refused to send back the item but want us to send a replacement chip or 60-70% partial refund.

The photos in the listing showed a strip with 9 pcs, I messaged the seller to confirm the amount before purchase but never got a response. The price is high but my only other option was China, so delivery time would have been an issue so I ordered the part expecting 1 piece. Thankfully I ordered backups from China because the 1 piece was defective. The seller has not responded to my concerns after a couple of days.
