Does not fit perfectly the Aeron chair base (has a slight wobble though it does not fall out if you lift the chair) but as soon as you sit on it should be fine. If you have an uneven floor (parquet) some of the wheels might not have enough pressure on it so it would make a metallic noise as you slide with the chair.

We are pleased with the product we received. I suspect that this may be the orignal manufacturer of the part since it appears identical to the original part we needed to replace. Unfortunately, the support we received, or more correctly did not receive from the domestic retailer led me to explore other options. Fortunately, this vendor had filled our need. Shipping took almost a month but we expected that and the cost was nonimal. I would definitely use this vendor again!
