Great replacement for original, added bonus of a dimmer switch in this one. What can I say wife is over the moon to have her salt lamp working again. Much cheaper than replacing the whole lamp when you don’t need to and anyone can replace it 10 out of 10.

1st issue item was advertised as being in stock since it took over 2 weeks for delivery it obviously wasn’t.
2nd issue item was opened due to the poor packaging.
I had a great experience the first time I purchased which was why I was a return buyer but never again from this seller
I’m sick of sellers advertising as being in Australia when it is not. I will not be changing feedback. I have not bothered to contact the seller

The seller shipped the item with Australia Post. I ordered 300ml cable ties and the seller sent 200ml cable ties.
Due to the wrong size I requested to have them returned. I receives return shipping with Team Global Express and at our location at the moment I have to travel 85klm to ship the item. Not worth my time and money.
I requested I would keep the ties if I received a refund of $4 the cost of the 200ml ties.
I have had no response from the seller at all. Very poor service on their behalf.
