Used successfully to hold up over 500kg each when used as a pair to lift a FWD car. Pros: Price, to your door delivery in days, painted for rust protection, simple ratcheting to extend. Cons: At the foot of each leg ( 4 per stand ) has a welded bracket that is ment to tie each foot together under heavy loads, problem is the weld does not extend all the way around. This means the tie in bracket may fail if used at the claimed rated weight. Would it bend and snap at it's claimed level? Without testing in Australia I simply wouldn't trust it for much more than 700kg each, even then I didn't feel comfortable venturing under the car at 500kg. BE SAFE, ALWAYS USE THE CAR WHEEL AS A FAIL SAFE UNDER THE CAR JUST IN CASE IF IT FALLS!
