It's a great computer and I just had issues with it when I tried using a third party driver program called Driver Booster from Iobit. It wouldn't boot correctly after I updated the drivers with that program so if you use that program, I don't recommend it for this PC, it worked fine on my old computer from HP but for some reason it doesn't work right with this one. So I quickly learned and uninstalled it, requested a refund for the Pro version that I paid for and got my money back in a few days. The computer is faster with my cable Internet from Comcast so that's a plus. The DVD drive isn't made as good as the one I had before from HP but I think they make all of them like that now, just to save money on it. I want to upgrade the memory eventually but for now, 12 GB of DDR4 is great compared to my old computer that had just 8 GB of DDR3 memory. I recommend this computer for people on a budget since it's affordable and refurbished so it works for me since I don't make tons of money from my job.Read full review
