Strongly recommending it
This is my first Dyson Vacuum. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and the experience has been extremely good so far. The cordless feature is definitely plus point for me. I previously own a vacuum, which I spent $500 on it. It does the vacuum job nicely. However, the thing making me reluctant to use it is i have to pull the cord out from the vacuum and plug the wire to a wall socket every time. Good but....
Suction, portability and gadgetry are great, as you'd expect from Dyson, but it has a bit of a design flaw in that it won't empty properly because of the rubber collar half way up the collection bin. No idea what it's for (earlier models don't have it) but hair and dust get stuck behind it and you can only get it out with your fingers.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wonderful Housecleaner
I love this machine and use it almost every day because I do. Vacuuming with this is so easy, and the stairs have never looked better. The only adaptation necessary was a trigger lock (purchased separately on eBay from a very clever inventor) . This keeps the trigger in the on position until I manually turn it off with the push of a button. Excellent cordless vacuum
So impressed with our new Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute + Plus!! We have a large-ish 4 bedroom home and it vacuumed the whole house without the battery going flat. Light weight and very easy to use and the dust bin is very easy to empty also. Very happy with our purchase so far, however have only used it once. Will be interesting to see how it fares with further use as we've had a Shark upright vacuum for many years and it's still as good as brand new, so are hoping for the same performance from Dyson.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

OMG - Awesome
I absolutely love this vacuum. At the start I was a bit reluctant to spend the money but when it went on sale it was time. I have no regrets and is so easy to use. My kids want to clean there room and I have bad dust problems but no more allergic reactions. It also does cob webs well. My only thing would be to drop some of the unesessary tools and include the tall and high spots tool that Dyson has. Love it! So easy to use!
This is just as powerful as my old corded barrel dyson, if not better!! Super easy to use. The additional head for hard floors is very much worth the extra you pay for the Absolute model. You do need to empty it more frequently but that's no big deal and is quick and easy. I like that it can also be used as a small handheld for furniture etc. 10/10Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best Dyson ever.
PROS: Excellent product, suction is considerably stronger than my previous Stick Dyson, also mounting and demounting in the wall bracket is easier as it is a straight up and down motion - not a swing out. Heads seem to click on easier, and the empty function is greatly improved. The range of attachments is good with a flexible fitting and additional brush type. CONS: Other attachments from previous Dyson vacuums do not fit, not that you need them, but I think that is not really appropriate, they should be interchangeable. Although easier to empty, if your carpets are a quality wool and generate a lot of fluff - like mine - the fluff is harder to empty than any dirt. UNSURE: the bag for attachments is a little strange. I can see the concept of carrying them around with you, but the compartments are generic, and nothing seems to fit logically.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Strong suction, easy to handle and relatively lightweight
What a great product. We bought this because our previous vacuum was not strong enough to remove cat fur from the couch and carpets. This vacuum has no trouble in this regard. We initially wanted to get the animal edition, but this one was only slightly more expensive during the sales, and included extra attachments that proved useful, so we got this model instead. It has lots of additional attachments, which we didn't expect to use, but have so far found uses for most of them, plus Dyson includes a handy black storage bag that keeps them relatively clean. After breezing through the house, we vacuumed our bed, and were shocked at the amount of filth it collected from the electric blanket, that our other vacuum was unable to remove. The only problem with this product is that it runs out of charge in less than an hour, however it charges part way rather quickly so we are still delighted with the purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Better than the V8
Updated from the V8 which also is a great product. Little bit heavier which doesn't bother me. Better suction and battery life is as good. I can do both upstairs and downstairs on one charge. The future but expensive
Great vacuum, definitely the future of vacuuming, however expensive. If your place is majority hard floor this can definitely replace a corded vacuum cleaner (60 min runtime) but you need the soft roller head. If your place is carpet and up to 150 m^2 then it can replace your corded vacuum (max setting is rarely required, if you want to use it max then it will serve an area of around 50m^2) Above 150 m^2 all carpet, it is going to take an extra trip as the battery will need to recharge (3.5 hours to charge)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
