minoSharp is the Best sharpening tool for santoku knives or any knives
I bought one set of santoku knives two years ago, they were sharp when they were new. After a while of using them they became blunt, I used to sharpen them with the cheap rectangular sharpening stone, they get sharp for short period then blunt again and the blade side scratches.. minoSharp ceramic water sharpener is easy use to sharp my expensive knives in only at least 3 minutes, it sharpens the blade evenly. Now, my knives are very sharp as they were like brand new...I bought one set of santoku knives two years ago, they were sharp when they were new.
