It's excellent product my cats love it, they always on it, the only thing I'm not happy is when the postman just left on my front door step, it should be requiring signature but he just left there, not happy coz worried it will get stolen as I'm at work, I end up asking my daughter's partner to pick up for me and that inconvenience for him, so not happy with that.

For outside use in a cage.
Works well but needs to be covered for outside use in inclement weather. Bit hard to put together you really need a larger picture so you can use the instructions with the picture. Falls apart easily if you need to move it. But overall is is a good for the price and my cat likes it.

Cats love their new climbing Tree
Happy with the product. Had difficulty reading the instructions, called and spoke to May, who was just beautiful and extremely helpful. She emailed the instructions and the climbing Tree was up in an hour. Be gentle putting it together to start with, as I had a few connection on incorrectly. One piece broke, but with a little glue it's all good. Overall very happy with the product
