The seller didn't agree to send a return label and wasn't cooperating into refunding the faulty item they sent. The whole process took well over a month to complete but had the seller been more agreeable, we would have resolved this issue sooner and without eBay's intervention. In multiple occasions the seller tried into fooling me to close the eBay case and offered alternatives such as 'an untraceable replacement unit' and partial refunds.
