The brush straightens well, is quick, and super easy to use. I have less hair fallout compared to traditional flat irons.

It's heats up quick, that's a plus. But takes longer to straighten my hair than my original straightener. Disappointing. You also have to be care not to press the buttons as you are straightening your hair. Also the back of the brush gets very hot. Careful not to burn yourself as you are straightening. However it does straighten. With time and patience.

The reason why it is imperct is because the temperature controls are to close to how you have to hold it to do your hair and it causes the temperature to go down because cannot help hitting the button because of we’re it is placed that runied the the hold thing

The product is ok. Heavy/awkward/bulky when handling. I have very thick, natural curly hair and it didn't go through my hair that well. Took quite a bit of time. Thought since it was like a brush it would work better than a normal flat iron straightener but not really.

Although the idea of a dual brush & straightener appealed to me and my wavy/straight-ish hair, gliding the brush through my hair was not very successful (pulls hair), and I have fine hair that doesn't usually give me problems. Even brushing my hair out so it was nearly straight before using product didn't seem to help, AND it didn't help with even finer baby hairs ("cowlicks") that a lot of ppl have above/or around the temples (usually).
