This does just what I needed it to do. I just wanted something to get rid of the frizz and give my hair a "light" curl. Just enough to curl under alittle. I had another at 3 times the price and didn't want to spend that much so this buy was perfect for me. This is a large size barrel and my hair is hard to curl so if I want a curly day I just use a regular curling iron. I am satisfied with this purchase.

This was a complete waste of my money. Advertising claims are false. As a dryer I easily rate this 0 out of 10. It would literally take hours to dry your hair with this even if you were not trying to style it at the same time. I used this on my dry hair to wave/add body. Just did an okay job. I tried to do the same thing with just damp hair and gave up after an hour. Who has that kind of time? It also makes your hair very frizzy. You would be WAY better of using a typical hair dryer and curling iron. Far less time consuming and far better looking results. This would only be a useful styling tool if you literally had 2+ hours to waste on an end result that is just okay or less than just okay.

It is until now that I have time to make a review of this item. In the past, I had bought two excellent “hair rotating Iron brush” and because of the use, the brush are not as good as used to be. I have them after 2 years and still working! So I decided to buy a new one last March and it only lasted 1 month... terrible item to purchase. They are not as good as the previous Style On model. What a shame!

It's like a child's toy, very weak and the rotation is very slow. It does not smooth my hair at all, a complete waste of money. I have wanted to try the Instyler for a long time but didn't want to risk the $150 price tag so I tried this knock off version instead. Very disappointed.
