I haven't really gotten a chance to use this due to being busy at work. But so far it seems to work the way it says. The only thing that was wrong was that the cleaning solution bottle cap didn't seem to be on all the way and it spilled a little bit. The instructions were easy to understand and the machine doesn't take to long to run.

Works well cleaning dirty, dusty, dvd's with fingerprints. But, any scratches at all will take running many cycles. It may take ten cycles of 3 minutes each to rid very minor scratches. Most scratches will not be touched at all, mainly due to the polish being to fine. this machine would do better if it included an abrasive compound and wheels for an initial step in polishing/compounding most scratches before finishing up with the polishing step.

I have been using it with good results specially if the disc only have light scratches I have discs with deeper scratches that required the process multiple times with improvement but still working on those. Is a good device might need to tweak it a little bit with a set of heavier sand paper wheels

Product works, but dose leave substantial swirl pattern on back that is virtually impossible to get rid of. However the disk dose play with out skipping. I was planning to use for resell, would not recommend, for personal use, it should be ok. Good luck finding refills.....
