Qnap Nas
It took a little while to navigate through the UI and find where everything was, but after finding what I needed, I found it reasonably easy to set up. It has a wide range of features, and plenty of installable apps including media streaming, transfer speeds are reasonable for large files ( I had up to 130Mb/s) but can drop with many smaller files, that said it suits my needs, options include ssd caching, or a 10Gbe network card for the onboard Pcie slot, but the adapter for the M2 ssd is quite expensive. The enclosure might seem an expensive outlay, but it's the hard drives that are the killer, depending on how much space you need and how the NAS is configured. I've currently got 2 4Tb and 2 6Tb drives configured, each pair raid 1 giving a total of 10Tb storage, but as media files are large, should give me plenty of space as well as keeping them from being lost in case of a drive failure. This is a must if you have any photos/media that is important to you, and you wouldn't want lost forever if your drive failed, yes they are expensive, but what are your photos worth to you?
