I purchased the knee braces for my son. He has had surgery performed for ACL on both knees. He felt the braces didn’t suit his needs, so I contacted the Company to advise I would return them. They were very understanding, and approved my request. The service and support I was afforded, was exceptional. Responses to any of my queries, were always answered quickly and efficiently. Great experience overall.

The mistake was caught 1 day later and they had already had it out for shipment, and the company did everything they could to help with the error. With many communications, UPS ended up returning the boxing mitts back to the company, and they immediately sent them out to the correct address without even asking for additional shipping costs. When the mitts arrived I found them to be great quality at a good price. Thank you!
