The mistake was caught 1 day later and they had already had it out for shipment, and the company did everything they could to help with the error. With many communications, UPS ended up returning the boxing mitts back to the company, and they immediately sent them out to the correct address without even asking for additional shipping costs. When the mitts arrived I found them to be great quality at a good price. Thank you!
