Has a little less nice surface finish than the original part its replacing. Not an issue, and I have a feeling the surface finish will wear down with time to be more like my original mouse. Mated the top bezel (which is what broke on my original) with the original sub-frame and electronics without issue, so the parts are dimensionally identical for all intents and purposes.

I took a chance and ordered this without inspecting the old broken one and it turned out that I needed the other one with the smaller diameter shaft. Instead I used a pocket knife and whittled the plastic base, where the shaft rides, a little wider. It was very easy to do and it works great. Other than the differences in the shaft it is exactly the same as my original wheel. I kinda wish I would have bought two after my first one broke only after about a year.

Fit's on the mouse easily enough with the finish on the outside being slightly more rough than the orginal but not an issue. Only downside with it was the forward side button didn't fit right so means if you clicked it right on the edge it could get stuck

Be sure to get a decent mouse pad though. Not good on its own on most table tops. But other than that, it's very very good.

The installation is a bit tricky but its not too hard Also you should remove the RGB light from the original top cover first and install it in the new one then connect the RGB header to the board while installing the whole piece to the mouse
