This phone is a piece of rubbish. Will not read a sim card At ALL. I bought it for my youngest son to use for emergencies. Set up a sim with my provider, and have completely wasted my money. Emailed the seller for instructions, as none came with the item, and got nowhere. Disgusted.

Phone came without any instructions I contacted the seller who said they would be sent. In the meantime I tried to charge it, it would not charge. Again they said a replacement would be sent, none forthcoming ! Told them I wanted to return the faulty phone for a refund. They then began to negotiate the refund 20% staiting cost of return will be high and thier profit margin was minimal (as if that was my concern)! Its not Rugged as advertised its just plastic . I want a full refund. not a %age
