Shun Premier Chefs Knife
The best and sharpest knife I have ever used have used 3 other well known brands but this is better. Price is a bit steep though pays to shop around to get a good deal. Very good finish a quality product and fits the hand really well, great to cut and slice etc very happy with this knife.

Pure craftsmanship
Beatiful knife to look at and use. VERY sharp and lightweight, the craftsmanship is fantastic. Not convinced it is worth the additional cost over the Classic range simply for the blade look and handle. Still very pleased to have purchased such a quality knife that is so well balanced for the size.

Shun premier 20cm, very nice knife
Awesome knife. I own the shun classic in the same size and this feels totally different. Much lighter and thinner feeling blade and a heaps better handle erhonomically. Also the blade is super sexy to look at!
