Mint condition was exactly that! Beautiful Phone. Huge screen where you can actually enjoy using it and getting work done or just watching a movie or playing a game. Works Great, no issues. Converted over to Tracfone without a hitch. Now I don't have monthly bills! Yippee! AND it's incredibly fast, apps run quick, games are super smooth, and the stylus is the frosting on the cake...best phone I've ever own, hands down. Highly recommended!

Bought this because my wife's note II was locking up requiring battery removal to restart. This one did the same thing. After research it seems the firmware get corrupted on these things. Switched to an LG and all problems went away. Not blaming the seller, it appears to work when tested but after a few days it shows it's ugly head. Stay away from old Note II's.

What can I say, I think this is my favorite phone I've ever used. It's really surpassed my expectations. After a long battle with choosing what type of phone I wanted to utilize (I had the Droid Ultra, Droid Mini, and then went back to using my old iPhone 4S. I wasn't really thinking of changing to a new device but found one at a decent price (NOTE2) and decided to buy it. At first, the phone seemed humungus. Now whenever I use a phone such as an iPhone, they just seem small to me. The size doesn't matter a bit, it's a nice size for movies and games. The battery has proven to be the best of any phone I've ever owned (and there's been a lot of phones in my life, lol) Three annoyances, which I've been able to fix, are the S-widget bar on the left side of the screen. I figured out if you hold the back key in for 2 seconds the S-widget bar will disappear and not come back on unless the battery is removed or the back button is held another additional two seconds. The next con, is the water noises when the screen is touched. I figured out how to turn that off in the sound settings. The final gripe which annoyed the you know what outta me the first time I got this phone is the predictive text. It comes in handy for things such as Im translates to I'm, etc. But it doesn't understand what you wanna say, for example, if you say someones name the phone isn't farmiliar with in a text, the phone basically changes it to the word IT thinks you should make it to be. The way to fix this is to tap the word you want and then click out of that word, and press the space bar and continue on with your text message or email. I wish there would be a way to just shut that part off and leave the corrections on abbreviations on. Most of these things I'm sure are fixed by upcoming software updates, or new models,but I've made due with what i have, and what I have is an excellent phone. The best case you can get is a Platinum Case from Best Buy. I got mine on clearance as they were discontinuing this phone (a little bummed that I won't be under the XLTE requirements) but the case only cost me 5$. I keep the S-pen in the hole on the bottom of the phone because who wants a hole on the bottom of their phone?, But I've used it one time, but I just feel that you can do most of the work by just the touchscreen.Read full review

This is a great phone if I need another I will use this seller again! I recommend to everyone! This phone allows me to work while I am out in the field rather that doing my job twice! It is the best perchance I have made above all!!!!! The clarity on this devise is great as is the stylist it allows you to edit documents and even make new documents, share whatever you want, with whom ever you want! Again threw best phone I have had in a long time! There are so many options with this phone connecting toy to all the social networks, great pictures, and video, the large screen allows you to read books, and do research very easily, the music and video quality are out of this world, you can make digital copies of your favorite movies and watch them even when you are out of service areas! I love it; keeping myself and my family plugged into whatever we want any time we want. There is really not much else I can say this phone is great and I recommend it especially to anyone that works out in the field, you will never miss an important appointment, email, or call; and you can respond to them any way you choose: email, text, share files, make new files, attach new or old files to an email as any kind of file you choose, the works is in the palm of your hand so take advantage of it. The front and rear facing camera allows you to Skype and either show what you see or speak face to face making for great conversations with those that are far from you.There are so many great uses this phone has I probably don't know them all. ...I learn something new about this phone and the great things it offers almost every day. It is not to big as a matter of a fact my DROID razor Max that I had before this phone just fits inside the frame of this phone so it was not a big change for me. Give this phone a chance and I am sure that you will love it as I do.
