Author Biography
Lydia Jones, M.A., is a research associate and lecturer at Freie Universitat Berlin. Her research interests lie in the overlap between medieval and modern German literature as embodied by 18th- and 19th-century scholarly editions of Middle High German works. Bodo Plachta, Dr. phil. is co-editor of the International Yearbook of Scholarly Editing, edition, and president of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft fur germanistische Edition . Together with Rudiger Nutt-Kofoth he is editor of the series Bausteine zur Geschichte der Edition . Gaby Pailer, Dr. phil. is Professor of Germanic Studies at the Department of Central, Eastern and Northern European Studies, University of British Columbia. Recent publications include monographs on and editions of 18th- and 19th-century women authors and edited anthologies. Catherine Karen Roy, Ph.D. is an English language instructor at the English Language Institute of King Abdulaziz University's Women's Main Campus in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Her research interests include the teaching and acquisition of languages and autobiography studies.
