More economical and works better than carbon
I decided to give this a try and must say that I am impressed by how well it works, compared to activated carbon. My aquarium no longer has a fishy smell and the water is pristine. However, I use far more that the recommended amount of the product for the size of my aquarium. I figured using more would mean less swapping it out to regenerate. Also, be careful of some sellers as they may sell regenerated product, not brand new. The first 1ltre container I bought had a strong smell and moisture in the container. I accidentally spilt it when regenerating and purchased again from a different (authorised) seller. This time the product had almost no smell, no moisture and the seal under the lid of the container was sealed, so was clearly new. Better to buy from an authorised seller, even if it ...
