Good product & well built but issues need addressing!
The product is very well built & sturdy BUT the holes are not where they need to be specially for the fitment of 15in Commodore rims (HT Holden) so I will have to file out nearly half a hole for fitment to my rim! I sent 2 messages requesting info on the HT Holden being the same for Commodore & got what I believe was poor responses both times so had to ask a local trailer builder if these sizes were supposedly the same being told they should be SO I suggest 2 things , 1 adjust or make he fitment right for Commodore/HT Holden & 2, On your post state the fact HT Holden/Commodore are supposedly the same so there is NO confusion or educate your contact staff of this fact!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Needs an L shaped section of steel about 10 inches by 6 inches by one and a half wide as a cradle to take the weight of the wheel
Very happy with Spare wheel bracket, I made a cradle and welded under the wheel bracket ,so as to be able to lift the wheel into place then slide it into place on the wheel bolts this way you are not holding the weight of the wheel as you slide it into place on spare wheel carrier, also you need to supply 2 extra nuts to secure the bolts in place, backing plate could be of heavier gauge as it bends when it is tight endVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Light weight, versatile and Easy to install
The carrier looks great and is quite well made. The only thing I would like to see added would be two extra nuts for spare wheel mounting bolts. This is so that the bolts can be locked onto the carrier and become captive, then the spare wheel can be mounted and locked on.
