Very happy with my Ix12 so far, but early days. Everything is working properly only real compliant would be battery life could be better. Colour touch screen is great compared to my old DX8

The controller is great and works perfectly. The only issue is the right rubber grip came off immediately and is an incredible pain to put back into place. It is a huge frustration when you’re ready to fly and the grip falls off. I ended up gluing it with CA which I’m sure voided the warranty. This is what I get for purchasing a transmitter on EBay.

Its a great transmitter. It has more features than you will ever need. There is a learning curve to familiarize yourself with it. Once you understand, it is fun.

The iX12 is a solid transmitter with the same layout as the classic DX9, so it’s easy to transition over. After the initial week or so of learning, it is faster and easier to use than any DX series radio.

Too many bells and whistles you don’t need to fly with. You can have this transmitter for 20 years and NEVER use 90% of the apps! Not to mention the time waisted learning how to use it. It’s over rated and over priced. You already have your smart phone with all the apps you need! You can’t fly and order from amazon or check email at the same time! Really now who listens to music when flying. Do you want your head buried in your transmitter like a 13 year old with their phone or while at the field with your buddies? Dx9 is all you really need.
