Most Newer Outdoor power equipment end up being a real pain to maintain and about as durable as wet tissue paper! My Poulan Pro Weedeater (2009 model)is no exception, and I always have to fiddle with it! well, not too long ago, it would not run at all, and the carb was cleaned and rebuilt! well, I knew by experience, it needed adjustment, and I look, it was about a 21-Splined screw for the adjustments, so I went to look for one. I found this one, and it worked perfectly! it was an exact fit, and I got the trimmer to run again! Its pretty solidly built, as far as screwdrivers go. My only concern is I wish the handle was a little thicker so it would be easier to use on really stubborn screws! Keep in mind, this particular one is the Fine (about 21 tooth) Splined Screw, typically used in many Poulan and Husqvarna tools with a Zama Carburetor. Look at your carburetor and check the screws before you buy this screwdriver. If it is a 7-tooth spline, the "D" shaped screw, or something else, this will not work! Make sure to get the right one for your chainsaw or weed trimmer!Read full review

This little tool is a must have if you work on small 2 cycle engines such as Polan and Weed Eater and many more. It's the splined version that allows you to quickly adjust your carb settings. It's one of 4 different tools of this type. Others, which I suggest you obtain are: the Pac Man, Single D, and Double D. With a set of 4, you can adjust most small carb engines.

While there are three common carb adjustment tools, this one fits my Husqvarna two cycle tools. I have a pacman tool for my Ryobi chain saw. If you are lucky, "Out of the box" two cycle engines will work fine, but if not as in my case you either have to take to a shop for a service call or do it yourself. They say home boys should not adjust a carb chainsaw without a RPM measurment device, but any youtube will guide you to the slight adjustment and sound to prevent that 'bogging down" of the engine . But, you need this tool to do it ! This worked great when I order a new carb for my trimmer and I was able to be up and running fast!

Fits well on carburettor adjustment screws on a Walbro carburettor used on Jonsered/Poulan chainsaw. Handle a little small but useful square sides makes counting the turns easy.

I had to buy a new carb for my Craftsman blower. I was having a devil of a time trying to tune the carb with makeshift tools such as electrical crimp connectors or pieces of aquarium hose. I just couldn't tell if the tool was slipping or gripping and therefore couldn't get an accurate count of the turns I had put on either the low or high speed screw. Two minutes with this tool and I had the blower singing like it was new.
