After a long process of preparing the thinly sliced, banana, grapes, apples, peaches & other fruit. Maybe 10hours of dehydrating was enough, still not sure. But leaving out to air for one week, especially the pliable good quality fruits, ended up growing fungus. Have to try next time, if i’m Bothered to have the time to prepare again. Ended up throughing it all out. Waste of time & money. Now I use to store fresh bread, as is too bulky to fit in any cupboard. Clearly, i’m a beginner & not an expert at this. Definitely doing something wrong. I think I need to watch You tube tutorials next time. Need more patience than me, is a very length process. Started cooking fruit at 6pm, big mistake, stayed up till 4am to turn off. As needed half a day to prepare for 10 shelf’s to be full, so as to not have expensive power running costs. Now I’m beginning to think, buying the $15 dried vegetables for snacking on is cheaper. Scared to even try vegetables next.Read full review

Cooked my meat & fish jerky perfectly. Better than the other food dehydrator brand i bought in other website.

This is a very good little dehydrator. It fits on the counter top neatly, without taking up too much space. It's also light to move around. I find it a bit noisy, but not distractingly so. All in all, it was a really good purchase, and I recommend it.
