Light bulbs that I received were faulty. It took a while till I proved that to them. At the end they did refund me without sending items back to them.
The seller was fair. This was not their fault, but they need to be more careful and test items before sending to people as the cost of return usually is too high.
I am happy with this seller. I bought items from them before and they were all good, except this time.
