i like the book -it was very informative in great detail of the different spectrums of autism. what i thought was so-so was the kid friendly recipes - i thought it would make the transition easier with more popular kid foods or favorites - and that is where it lacked. I just wanted a different way to make cupcakes and mac n cheese , that tasted the same just healthier for my son.
I got this book for my daughter. After reading some of it she called and thanked me since it was explaining more than the Doctors did and why this diet is so important. She is finding it very informative though she hasn't even looked at the recipes yet........I am sure she they will help her too with my grandaughter. I do recommend this book if you have a child with ppd-nos/autism. This diet has changed my grandaughter....if you haven't tried it , it is VERy well worth trying! Godbless anyone with autism
Love this book ! It has a lot of recipes that are easy to make .Very helpful information.. Sincerely Virginia Tackett

I am always on the lookout for gluten free recipes. There are many children and adults with gluten allergies, and the more recipes, the merrier!
