Seems to be a USB2.0 product. Have to untick "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" under USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) to have a stable USB3.0 connection. Have more than 900Mbps throughput when using iperf3. However, when copy real files, it falls back to USB2.0 speed. Maybe I missed some tweakings in Windows 10 for this device to work as USB3.0 device. However, the baseline is it doesn't work out of the box.

Works as expected. Worked with my USB3 and USB2 ports. Connected fine to a x100 and a x1000 network.
