no instructions or manual, but it's incredibly simple. just turn the knob to adjust the resistance.
delivery much faster than estimated. it gets up to about 14.9W before it cuts out, but that may be the limit of the power supply, not this unit. fan seems to be temp controlled. at low load it turns off. at max load the heatsink gets very hot which is to be expected. the hottest spot was about 90 deg C when left running for a long time.
