Victorinox scissors
A bit pricy for a pair of kitchen scissors compare to other good Chinese scissors of same use category but it's a good pair for light duty work and reliable in terms of sharpness and comfort feel on the hand. Just don't over extend its duty to cutting fish bones or its handle may not hold the pressure and give way like our first pair did.

Simply the best!! Don't bother with any other scissors.
I persisted with a pair of Wiltshire Staysharps, always having to hold the blades just right and cut on the right part of the blade to get them to cut. Why didn't I buy these ages ago? OMG, these scissors are ABSOLUTELY brilliant. I love them. They cut like a dream, you can feel the quality and precision of the blades as you cut.
