The service was good, and the tent was good value for the money $98:00, the quality is not as good as the coleman 3 person Swagger I own, and doesn't pack up as quick., but the Swagger did cost a lot more. The reason I bought this one is it's similar to the swagger, but it has a door on both sides, which the swagger doesn't. This gives the tent better ventilation, and your partner can get out without crawling over you. The set up time is not that much longer, so I will take this one when my wife
