Seller failed to notify item was out of stock after item did not arrive after due shipping time frame. Made contact and seller pretended they had previously sent a message, but no message received. Then tried offering a cheaper option with no compensation. Requested full refund, it took 4-5 message over a couple of days and they finally made refund. Worst transaction in 18 years on eBay.
