I bought this lens because it is a classic Leica lens which has been used by some of the greatest photographers of the 20th century to make some of the greatest images in the history of photography. Although more modern lenses may be technically sharper this lens gives a classic Leica look to images which I admire. The example which I bought is in pristine condition and it is very small which is good for travelling. As an investment Leica lenses never depreciate in value. There is nothing about this lens which I don't like.
