I got this to cut insulation foam panels from a home improvement store into fake distressed boards for Halloween. It worked great for this, much better than the hot knife and hot wand I tried. I am having trouble with the machine. Do not know if it's the cord or if it's the handle where you connect the cord. Please help I still do not have a message of what can I do with my machine.
