Easy set temperatures, great for green tea, glass viewing side to check water levels in the kettle, is a lot quieter than a previous brand it replaces in our home, although this kettle is slightly taller and for us difficult to completely fill in a handbasin, so we fill it from a jug of water

We purchased this kettle for the office and are so happy we did. It has worked hard since receiving it & the performance is excellent. The large flip lid for filling opens easily, the different heat settings for tea & coffee great.
