Item as described. Based on the :Master Lock" name one would think it to be high quality. It's not. Pin lock nechanism needed quite a bit of lube and turning the key back and for just to get it where it would even latch on the pin. It does have a rubber case, but cheap pot-metal key. When I tried to removed it after several months the lock cylinder would not turn. Soaked it with Kroil and 3-in-1 oil daily for a week. Ended up breaking the key off in the lock. Had to take the vehicle to a repair shop to get the lock cut off. STAY AWAY - _JUNK

After just 2.5 months of use, I can barely insert the keys into the locks, either due to oxidation or just poor quality of the lock internals. The rubber protective caps are always on so water shouldn’t be getting into the lock. Only explanation is that they’re junk locks. The cheap Walmart Reese locks I had lasted me 2 years and still worked smoothly. I switched because they were showing surface rust and these were supposed to be a better and more secure lock. Won’t be buying this brand again

Looks to be a decent product for the price. Nice kit with the storage bag. Was able to put my Master padlock set in with the kit.
